Booking Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy ensures fair terms for both tenants and landlords while maintaining flexibility.

Overview

At Lorcoproxhotel, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and the associated refund policies. Please review these terms carefully before making a reservation.

Cancellation Timeframes

30+ Days Before Move-in

Full refund of any deposits or advance payments, minus a 5% administrative fee.

15-29 Days Before Move-in

75% refund of any deposits or advance payments, minus a 10% administrative fee.

7-14 Days Before Move-in

50% refund of any deposits or advance payments, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Less Than 7 Days Before Move-in

No refund of deposits or advance payments, except in exceptional circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer full or partial refunds in the following exceptional circumstances, provided adequate documentation is supplied:

  • Medical emergencies with doctor's certificate
  • Death in the immediate family
  • Military deployment orders
  • Government-mandated travel restrictions

Refund Process

Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Lorcoprox@gmail.com or through our official contact channels. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

Documentation

For exceptional circumstances, supporting documentation must be provided within 7 days of the cancellation request.

No-Show Policy

If a tenant fails to arrive on the scheduled move-in date without prior notification, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Early Termination

For tenants who wish to terminate their lease early after moving in:

  • 30-day written notice is required
  • Security deposit will be forfeited
  • One month's rent may be charged as penalty
  • Outstanding utility charges must be settled

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Existing bookings will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
